Our budget tour packages start from ₹1,800 per vehicle for local sightseeing (sharing option: ₹350 per person). Jeep safari packages range from ₹4,500-₹6,500 per jeep. Prices include transportation and driver charges. Entry fees to attractions are additional (₹20-100 depending on the location).

Most of our day tours last 6-8 hours (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Jeep safari adventures typically take 4-6 hours depending on the route. We also offer customized tour durations based on your preferences and can arrange multi-day packages with accommodation.

You can book tours via WhatsApp (+91 8075758905), phone call, or through our website. We require 24-48 hours advance booking. For cancellations made 24 hours before the tour, we offer full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to 50% charges. Weather-related cancellations are fully refundable.

Our regular vehicles accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. For jeep safaris, we maintain a maximum of 6 passengers per jeep for safety and comfort. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple vehicles. We also offer sharing options for individual travelers to join group tours.

Yes, safety is our top priority. All our vehicles are regularly maintained and insured. Our drivers are experienced locals with valid licenses and extensive knowledge of the terrain. We provide safety briefings before jeep safaris, carry first aid kits, and maintain communication throughout the tour. We also follow all COVID-19 safety protocols.

Light rain doesn't stop our tours as Vagamon looks beautiful in the rain! However, for heavy rain or unsafe weather conditions, we may modify the itinerary to indoor attractions or reschedule the tour. We provide rain protection gear and our vehicles are weather-ready. Full refunds are available for weather-related cancellations.

Yes, we offer accommodation booking services for hotels, resorts, and homestays in various budget ranges. We can arrange meals at local restaurants or include packed lunches for day tours.
